Mountmor ("we," "us," or "our") operates mountmor.com and the Mountmor SMS pricing service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We keep this simple because we're a small, solo-built product and we believe you deserve to know exactly what's happening with your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Waitlist signups: your email address
• Onboarding form: your name, email address, phone number, property details (city, state, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, max guests), listing URLs (Airbnb, VRBO), and your base, minimum, and maximum nightly prices

We do not collect payment information directly — payments are handled by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you daily SMS pricing recommendations for your short-term rental listing
• Contact you about your account, service updates, and founding member news
• Improve the pricing algorithm using aggregate, anonymized data
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (see Section 4).

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in during onboarding, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Mountmor, including daily pricing recommendations. Message frequency is approximately 1 message per day. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Mountmor:

• Supabase — database storage for your listing and account data
• Twilio — SMS message delivery
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see or store your card details)
• Netlify — website hosting

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP

7. Children's Privacy

Mountmor is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by SMS or email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
