Mountmor ("we," "us," or "our") operates mountmor.com, its public findings pages, the customer dashboard and the Mountmor SMS notifications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We keep this simple because we're a small, solo-built product and we believe you deserve to know exactly what's happening with your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Onboarding form: your email address, phone number, and for each property you register its name and its location (city and state). Your first name if you add it on the dashboard. A nightly rate is no longer asked for (since 3 September 2026); one saved earlier stays on your account until you remove it

We do not collect payment information directly; payments are handled by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Work out which markets your properties are in, so your dashboard shows the events found there
• Send you a text message on the mornings when the findings for your markets changed
• Contact you about your account and service updates
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (see Section 4).

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in during onboarding, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Mountmor, including the morning message sent on days when the findings for your markets changed and account or billing notices. Message frequency is at most 1 message per day on most days. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used solely to deliver the Mountmor service, and is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) strictly to send the messages you requested. Mobile opt-in consent is never shared with third parties.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Mountmor:

• Supabase: database storage for your property and account data
• Twilio: SMS message delivery
• Stripe: payment processing (we never see or store your card details)
• Netlify: website hosting

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP

7. Children's Privacy

Mountmor is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by SMS or email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
