Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mountmor ("we," "us," or "our"), including the mountmor.com website, the findings pages, the customer dashboard and the Mountmor SMS notifications. By signing up or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Mountmor finds multi-day events in a market that are not sold through a ticket platform (fairs, conventions, tournaments, rallies, festivals and the like) by reading public venue, fairground, chamber and civic calendars, and lists them with a link to the calendar each one was read from. Public findings pages show this per market. Once onboarded, your dashboard lists the events found across the markets where your registered properties are, and you receive a text message on the mornings when something in those findings changed. Your dashboard also carries a question box answered by an automated assistant from the product description and your own findings; its answers are information only, and anything about billing or refunds is passed to a person rather than answered by it. The findings are read from third-party calendars and are information only; you are responsible for verifying any event against its source and for any decision you make about your own listings.

Mountmor does not guarantee any specific revenue outcome or booking result, and does not guarantee that every event in a market is found or that a listed event will take place as published. Mountmor does not set, recommend or change prices, does not connect to any property management system or booking channel, and does not read your bookings. A market with no readable venue calendar is reported as such.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to list and price the short-term rental property you register with Mountmor. By signing up, you represent that this is true.

3. SMS Consent

By providing your phone number during onboarding, you consent to receive automated recurring SMS messages from Mountmor, including the morning message sent on days when the findings for your markets changed and account or billing notices. Message frequency is at most 1 message per day on most days. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

4. Pricing

Mountmor's subscription prices are published on this site. The base plan is $199/month for up to 3 markets, flat, with unlimited properties and no per-listing fee; portfolios spread over more markets are covered by the higher market bands shown on the homepage at the prices published there, and above the deepest published band there is no published price (email todd@mountmor.com). A market is one town or city whose venue and fairground calendars we watch. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville are three markets. Doors are unlimited at every price: what changes the price is how many towns we watch for you, never how many properties you run there. Every plan is charged when you subscribe and then monthly, with no free trial (the money-back guarantee in section 5 is the risk reversal). The earlier founding member offer was withdrawn on August 12, 2026, before any subscription was ever active on it. If a different rate was ever promised to you in writing before an offer was withdrawn, we will honor it; email pricing@mountmor.com.

We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will not be affected by price increases while their subscription remains active.

5. Payment and the Money-Back Guarantee

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Money-back guarantee. If Mountmor is not worth what you paid, email pricing@mountmor.com within 30 days of your first payment and I will refund every dollar you have paid, no forms and no questions asked. Todd Brandl.

That sentence is the whole policy for your first 30 days of paid service, and it means what it says: the window runs from your first payment, which is the day you subscribe; it covers every subscription payment you have made; the refund is issued through Stripe to the payment method you used; and nothing beyond the email is required. There is no free trial in front of it, on purpose: the guarantee covers a real paid month instead of a free one. After the 30-day window, cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current period and we do not refund partial months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service beyond the public findings pages
• Share your account access with others
• Provide false information during onboarding

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, that every event in a market will be found, or that acting on the findings will result in any particular outcome. Use the service at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mountmor and Todd Brandl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or missed bookings, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mountmor and Todd Brandl from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the service; (b) any decisions you make about your listings based on the findings; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at pricing@mountmor.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, any claim shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for urgent matters.

11. No Professional Advice

Mountmor is an information service that reads public event calendars. Nothing in this service constitutes financial, investment, business, or professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for your pricing and listing decisions and their outcomes. We strongly encourage you to use the findings as one input among many, and to consult qualified professionals for any significant business decisions.

12. Force Majeure

Mountmor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering SMS messages, findings, or any other aspect of the service resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages or changes of third-party services and venue calendars (including Twilio or Stripe), internet or telecommunications failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or any other event outside our reasonable control.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the cancellation process we provide.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by SMS or email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Portage County, Wisconsin.
